MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The University of Wisconsin-Madison's ranking as the nation's eighth best party school is being met not with a toast but a sigh by those who work to curb underage drinking. The Princeton Review announced the annual rankings on Tuesday. The University of Iowa grabbed the top spot.
