MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Governor Scott Walker is heading south Friday for a fundraiser in Tennessee and a speech in Alabama. The fundraising luncheon for Walker's 2014 re-election bid will be at the Franklin, Tennessee, home of Reba and Willis Johnson. Walker also is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the Alabama Republican Party's summer dinner in Montgomery.
