8-27-13 waupun man charged with lewd and lascivious behavior
A man seen having sex with a woman on a Waupun street corner has been
charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct as
well as bail jumping. Thirty two year old Eric J. Anderson IV, faces up to seven years and nine months in
prison if convicted.
