8-30-13 governor appoints new fdl county register of deeds

Governor Scott Walker has announced the appointment of Shawn Kelly as the new Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds.  Kelly fills the vacancy created by the death of Patricia Kraus.  Kelly has served as the UW Oshkosh controller for the past 16 years.  He is a member of the Fond du lac Historic Preservation Commission and on the board of directors for the Fond du lac Children’s Museum.   Kelly has degrees from Luther College and Marian University.
