8-29-13 fdl flight for life facility tour

Chances are you’ve heard the helicopter flying overhead, perhaps you’ve even seen the crew in action; no doubt about it, curiosity is peaked when it comes to the Flight For Life program and facility that operates out of Fond du Lac.  The Fond du Lac Area Safety Council is hosting a company tour of the Flight For Life Facility on Thursday, September 12 and the public is invited to attend.  The Fond du Lac Area Safety Council invites you to tour this incredible area business and learn more about the industry and its safety precautions. When lives depend on the resources of specialty care facilities and when rapid transfer is a priority, Flight For Life is ready to respond. How much do you know about the Flight For Life based right here in Fond du Lac? Attend this session and learn what safety precautions they take on a daily basis to keep those who use their services, safe.  This program will take place on Thursday, September 12, with registration and appetizers at 3:45 p.m., and the program taking place from 4 - 6 p.m. at the Flight For Life hanger in Fond du Lac (176 South Rolling Meadows Drive).  Open to the public, registration is required.
