A Fond du Lac woman who was arrested along with her husband
on charges that they made and sold heroin will spend time behind bars. Twenty six year old Rachael Zamzow pleaded no contest to party to the crime of
manufacture-delivery of heroin. Two other counts of manufacture-delivery of heroin, one
count of possession of heroin and maintaining a
drug trafficking place were dismissed and read into the record. Fond du Lac judge Peter Grimm sentenced Zamzow to nine
months in jail with no Huber priviledges for the first 30 days. According to the criminal complaintl Zamzow
sold heroin to undercover officers outside her former Fond du lac home and
at a west side Fond du lac gas station. Authorities say Zamzow’s husband Jeffrey joined his wife in
the gas station drug sale. Investigators
say the pair bought the heroin in Milwaukee. A plea and sentencing hearing for the husband
is scheduled for August 30th.
