8-20-13 waupun man arrested for 4th owi

A Waupun man has been arrested for his 4^th OWI.  Police Chief Dale Heeringa says 38 year old Scott G. Laufenberg was arrested for 4^th time OWI shortly before 3pm Sunday.  Laufenberg was stopped for operating over the center line and a equipment (light) violation on the rear of the vehicle being operated.  A preliminary breath test measured .144.   After processing he was transported to Dodge Co. Jail and Dodge Co. DA will be handling the case.
