A ribbon cutting ceremony is set for today for a newly
renovated
Fond du Lac Fruth Field complex. Superintendent Dr. Jim Sebert
says the complex will be ready for the football season.
Sebert says the complex houses two plazas, two concession
stands,
a retail area for Fondy Cardinal logowear and new restroom
facilities:
Sebert says perhaps most importantly, handicapped
accessibility has been
enhanced significantly.
The project was funded by local businesses, booster clubs
and organizations
throughout the community.
Naming rights are still available for various
sections of the complex.
