10-8-13 fast food robbery suspect shot by police

JACKSON, Wis. (AP) — Police say a man who tried robbing a Culver's restaurant in the small Washington County community of Jackson is recovering after he was shot by officers. Authorities say the suspect was confronted by responding officers behind the restaurant Sunday. Police say the suspect displayed a firearm and was shot by officers. WTMJ-TV says a Culver's employee was injured while grappling with the suspect.
