10-25-13 defendants bound over for trail in three high profile fdl criminal cases

Three high profile criminal cases in FDL County Circuit court Thursday  afternoon and all three defendants bound over for trial.   Preliminary hearings were held Thursday afternoon for 19 year old Mason Paasch, 23 year old  Thomas Owens and Gilberto Castaneda-Bobadilla.   Paasch is  the Fond du lac man accused of firing a revolver in the city of Fond du lac and assault rifle in the village of  North Fond duLac,  Owens was arrested for wielding and threatening officers with an ax in the village of North Fond du Lac and  Castaneda-Bobadilla is charged in connection with a fatal traffic crash nearly a year ago on Highway 45 near the South Hills golf course that claimed the life of a Campbellsport High School student.
