10-23-13 wolf hunt

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — An area of northeastern Wisconsin is being closed to wolf hunting and trapping. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources says Zone 2 will close at 3 p.m. Wednesday because it's close to its season limit for wolves killed. Zone 2 includes parts of Florence, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marinette, Oconto, Oneida and Vilas counties. It's the first wolf zone to be closed this season.
