10-22-13 fdl badger five lottery winner

Another big lottery winner in Fond du lac.   The owner of Philly’s  on 4^th Street, Phil Moses, says some lucky person purchased a winning Badger Five ticket worth $64,000.  Moses says the winner has yet to step forward.  Moses says the Badger Five lottery game is one of the more popular scratch off games.  Philly’s had a big $200,000 lottery winner last spring.
