MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Madison judge has cleared the way for hundreds of Wisconsin school district and municipal worker unions to negotiate wages and workplace conditions — at least for now. Dane County Circuit Judge Juan Colas is holding labor relations officials in contempt of court for enforcing parts of Gov. Scott Walker's contentious bargaining restrictions on municipal workers despite a ruling that they're unconstitutional. The restrictions remain in place for state workers, however.
