10-29-13 convicted child sex offender sentenced in dodge county

A Watertown man convicted of sexually assaulting a then twelve year old girl in 2011 was sentenced Friday in Dodge County Circuit Court.  Judge John Storck ordered an imposed and stayed sentence of 10 years of initial confinement and ten years of extended supervision for 43 year old Steven Leinstock.  Storck also ordered ten years of probation with a condition of one year in jail.  In July, Leinstock pleaded guilty to a charge of repeated sexual assault of the same child.  Leinstock was accused of inappropriately touching the girl multiple times between June and September of 2011.
