Fond du lac County Board supervisors’ salary would stay the
same under a resolution that comes before the county finance
committee this week. County
Executive Al Buechel says a proposed resolution would leave supervisor’s annual salary at $3000 following the 2014 spring election and would keep eligible per diems the same. Buechel says on average Fond du lac County Board supervisors
are paid less than other county boards in Wisconsin. The finance committee will consider the resolution at their
meeting Thursday. County Board compensation changed from an all per diem
system to an annual salary after the county board was downsized following a 2008
referendum.
