11-1-13 pool vandals

The Fond du lac County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after vandals dumped a concrete statue in a residential backyard swimming pool..possibly as a homecoming prank.   According  to a sheriff’s office report on October 22^nd someone entered the fenced in pool area at W5143 Golf Vu Drive, and dumped the statue into the pool, tearing the pool cover, valued at $1000.   The homeowner said it would cost more than $600 to have a crane retrieve the statue from the pool.
