10-24-13 health insurance exchange bill
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican state lawmakers are circulating a bill that would give the Legislature control over whether Wisconsin operates its own health insurance exchange. Republican sponsors of the bill circulated this week for backers say Walker was right to not have the state run the exchange.
