10-24-13 dodge county manhunt

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a car thief suspect.  Law enforcement is looking for 21 year old William Rennhack.  Town of Oconomowoc police spotted the stolen vehicle shortly before 1:30pm Wednesday and a short chase ensued.  The vehicle was found a short time later In the area of Monroe and Lafollette Road in the Dodge County town of Lebanon.  The suspect fled on foot and law enforcement began a search.  The search, concentrated in the Ashippun area,  was discontinued about 8:30pm Wednesday.  Authorities say Rennhack is potentially armed and has active warrants for his arrest.  Residents in the Ashippun and surrounding areas are asked to secure their homes, vehicles  and garages.  Anyone with information is asked to call police.
