Sheriff Pat Ninmann is the first Dodge County Sheriff to
graduate from the National Sheriff’s Institute. Ninmann recently joined 26 other Sheriffs from across the country at the 104th
session of the NSI held in Aurora, Colorado. Ninmann says the Institute focused on providing effective
leadership in areas such as public safety, criminal justice system
policy, and community relations.
Ninmann says one thing she plans to do immediately is organize a regular meeting between sheriff’s
representatives and the general public.
