MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Heidi Rozek admits being confused about how the new federal health law affects her. That's why she showed up first thing Tuesday morning at a Job Center to get answers. Rozek is one of an estimated 700,000 Wisconsin residents who are expected to be shopping for insurance coverage on the new online marketplace, or exchange, where federally subsidized private insurance plans are available to purchase. Enrollment on the exchange began Tuesday and continues through March 31. Rozek says she learned Tuesday that she likely will qualify for BadgerCare Medicaid coverage and won't have to buy insurance through the exchange.
