10-19-13 wi governor-new book

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican Gov. Scott Walker takes GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney to task for how he ran his 2012 campaign in his new book, offering a glimpse at what a Walker 2016 presidential run may look like.  The Associated Press obtained a copy of Walker's book "Unintimidated: A Governor's Story and a Nation's Challenge" on Friday. The 278-page book is available for sale to the public Nov. 19.
Walker recounts his 2011 fight with public employee unions over their collective bargaining rights, highlighting death threats his family received and justifying his actions.  Walker also uses the book to cast himself as a national leader, questioning Romney's message and saying he never got a response from an email he sent Romney offering advice during the 2012 campaign.
