10-8-13 convicted fdl child sex offender moving to new location

Fond du Lac police are notifying residents that a convicted sex offender is moving to a new location.  Assistant Police Chief Steve Klein says 46 year old Julian Smith is moving to 439 Portage Street this week.  Smith was released from prison in March after serving prison time for throwing-expelling bodily substances.  He has previous convictions for possession of child pornography and sexual assault of a child.
