6-5-13 health care costs study

MILWAUKEE (AP) — A new study suggests that the cost of expanding health care coverage could be softened by the money saved from fewer high-cost hospital stays. A study led by University of Wisconsin researchers. They analyzed a state insurance program that provided better access to care for low-income adults in Milwaukee County.
