6-26-13 anti-heroin media campaign

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The state Department of Justice is getting ready to launch an anti-heroin media campaign and hand out grants to help local governments combat the drug. The effort is expected to launch in late summer or early fall and cost about $250,000.
