According to a criminal complaint Frank was jealous his ex girlfriend was dating another man and threatened
the woman with a large chef’s knife.

6-27-13 fdl man gets prison for threatening ex-girlfriend
A Fond du Lac man is going to prison for threatening to kill
his former girlfriend. Fond du
lac judge Peter Grimm sentenced 34 year old Peter Frank Jr. to two years in prison followed by three years extended
supervision. Frank was convicted of recklessly endangering safety, false
imprisonment,
