6-21-13 probation in fdl theft case

A Fond du lac man convicted in a theft and drug case has been placed on probation.  A prison sentence for 30 year old Kelly Hagman was withheld and judge Peter Grimm placed Hagman on three years probation with a conditional year in the county jail.  Hagman was also ordered to perform 80 hours of  volunteer work.  Hagman was earlier convicted of theft and possession of narcotic drugs.  Seven other counts were dismissed and read into the record.
