BOSCOBEL, Wis. (AP) — Mudslides and flooding have closed at least three highways in southwestern Wisconsin.   A landslide on Highway 61 in Crawford County has closed the road between Highway 60 and the bridge to Boscobel. The Wisconsin Emergency Operations Center notes the highway is covered in mud 25 feet high and 200 yards long. Mudslides and debris have also closed Highway 35 from Lynxville to Prairie du Chien. And flooding was closed Highway 171 from Highway 27 to 131.  State emergency officials say a boulder fell onto Highway 56 near Genoa but traffic can maneuver around it.  Flash flood watches and warnings are in effect until Wednesday throughout much of southern and western Wisconsin. The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for Crawford, Grant, Vernon, Kenosha, Lafayette, Green and Rock counties.
