robbery at a pharmacy in Markesan. Markesan Police Chief Steve Braun says the incident
happened Thursday afternoon, just past 2 p.m. at the Agnesian Pharmacy. Witnesses say the suspect entered the pharmacy wearing a hooded black and red plaid jacket and facemask. He then displayed a black pistol and demanded and received the drug oxycodone. The suspect then left the building. Braun says around 4 p.m. officials recovered the jacket and facemask from a citizen who found them County Highway A, about five miles north of Markesan. The man is described as 30-45 years old with brown hair, thin build and about 5’9’’ tall. He was clean shaven and wearing faded blue jeans with ripped out knees and brown boots or shoes.
