6-27-13 milwaukee man going to prison for sexual assault of fdl woman

A Milwaukee man accused of sexually assaulting a Fond du Lac woman is going to prison.  Fond du lac Judge Dale English sentenced 48 year old Andrew Olson to two years in prison followed by two years extended supervision.  As part of a plea deal Olson pleaded no contest to a charge of aggravated battery.  Charges of  sexual assault, false imprisonment, strangulation, intimidation of a victim all as a repeat offender were dismissed and read into the record.  According to a criminal complaint the incident occurred over a two day period over the July 4^th holiday last year.
