MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Legislature's budget committee is slated to take votes on income tax cuts, private school voucher expansion, public education funding and Medicaid. Governor Scott Walker and Republican leaders have been working to strike deals that will get the budget through the Senate and Assembly. Republicans have a majority in both houses.
