6-14-13 dodge county storm damage

Severe thunderstorms that moved through central Wisconsin brought heavy rain and strong winds through Dodge County.  Emergency management Director Joe Meugher says the deluge caused localized street flooding in Beaver Dam.  "Beaver Dam saw somewhere between and inch and a half of rain and the Juneau area saw somewhere around two inches," Meagher said.  "And it fell probably within a 15-20 minue time frame."   Meagher says extremely strong winds caused brief power outages in Columbia and Dodge counties.
