six year old Traci Luther is in critical condition at Theda Clark Regional
Medical Center in Neenah. Sheriff Mick Fink says Luther was struck by a car while walking
eastbound along Winnebago Drive near Bechaud Beach Drive shortly before 6pm Tuesday evening.

Fink says investigators are trying to determine why the
vehicle veered off the road. The driver of the car, a 47 year old Fond du lac man was
arrested on charges related to an open case.
