A Beaver Dam man convicted of sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl is going to jail.  Nineteen year old Ridge Hodgkins was sentenced to a year in jail and placed on five years probation  Hodgkins was sentenced Wednesday in Dodge County Circuit.  He must also undergo sex offender counseling.  In November, Hodgkins pleaded no contest to a charge of second degree sexual assault of a child.  According to a criminal complaint, in October of 2011, the victim and a friend met Hodgkins and another man at a park.  The complaint says the men provided alcohol, which the victim drank and became intoxicated.  Hodgkins then took the girl to his residence and had sex with her.  Hodgkins is also facing four counts each of manufacturing/delivering THC and bail jumping in another case.
