5-28-13 151 bypass interchange-buechel react

The Fond du lac County Executive says a Highway 151 Bypass interchange at County Highway V is an improvement locally that is needed.  The Fond du lac County board last week went on record encouraging the state legislature to include funding for the new interchange and frontage road in the state budget. Buechel acknowledges it would have made sense to have this interchange
done when the bypass was first built eight years ago.  In hindsight Buechel says he wishes the county had more vigorously opposed the state using money initially earmarked for the Bypass to help build the Marquette Interchange.
