5-30-13 act college entrance exam
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Legislature's budget committee has approved having every high school junior in Wisconsin take the ACT college entrance exam. Governor Scott Walker and state Superintendent Tony Evers are behind the plan the Joint Finance Committee approved today.
