5-25-13 lisko found guilty

A Campbellsport man has been found guilty of torturing a teenager he had accused of stealing from him.  A Fond du Lac jury deliberated about five hours Friday before finding Richard Lisko guilty of 1st degree reckless injury and false imprisonment.  Fond du Lac judge Gary Sharpe read the verdict shortly before 5:30pm Friday.  Prosecutor Dennis Krueger is obviously pleased with the verdict.  Investigators say Lisko ordered his Pit Bull to bite Joel Kennedy Jr. and then tied a dog leash to Kennedy’s leg’s and hung the teen upside down from a wood beam on his front porch.  Krueger says  it could have been an entirely different outcome if Lisko’s friend hadn’t shown up that night to put a stop to it.  Judge Gary Sharpe ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
