5-22-13 victim testifies at lisko trial

The victim took the stand Tuesday in the trial of a Campbellsport man accused of ordering his pet Pit Bull to attack the teen.  Richard Lisko is on trial this week in Fond du lac County Circuit Court on
charges of  first degree reckless injury and false imprisonment.  The 18 year old victim told the jury that Lisko accused of him of stealing from him and then punched him in the face.  "He said I was stealing pills from him, coins, weapons from the Outlaws (gang) and at first a kind of denied it but then I started to say yes trying not to get into any trouble,"  the victim said.  "He proceeded to punch me in the face.  I fell down and then he kicked me in the side."   The victim then says Lisko’s dog attacked him, biting him several times in the head including the ear.  The jury was shown a picture on an overhead screen of the victim's wounds.  The victim also described how Lisko used a dog leash to string him upside down on the front porch for about a half hour.  The trial is scheduled to last through Friday.
