6-15-13 lawsuit-concealed carry
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A gun rights group has filed a lawsuit against Republican Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen alleging his state Justice Department's concealed carry rules limit training class sizes. DOJ's permanent rules enacting Wisconsin's concealed carry law took effect June 1st. The rules limit the size of courses to one instructor for every 50 students.
