6-14-13 abortion-fetus' gender
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Assembly has approved a bill that would outlaw abortions based on the fetus' gender. Representative Steve Kestell, an Elkhart Lake Republican, wrote the bill. It prohibits anyone from knowingly performing a sex-selective abortion. The GOP-led Assembly passed the measure 58-39 today.
