6-11-13 fdl boy cited for underage drinking after falling off bike

A Fond du Lac boy was cited for underage drinking after falling off his bicycle.   Police say the 14 year old received minor injuries and was heavily intoxicated when he was transported to St. Agnes Hospital.  Meanwhile a 46 year old Menasha man has been charged in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court with his 9^th owi.  According to a criminal complaint James Stratton was drunk when he was driving on Highway 41 and later arrested on the County Highway B exit ramp.
