12-23-13 fdl sex offender release
Fond du Lac police are notifying the public that a convicted
sex offender is being released from prison this week and will be living in the community. Phillip Roth is being released from prison December 24th
after serving time for sexually assaulting a nine year old boy. Roth will be residing
