TOWN OF OWEN, Wis. (AP) — A 13-year-old boy has drowned after a skid loader went through the ice of a pond in Clark County.  The sheriff's office got a 911 call about the drowning near the Town of Owen just before noon Monday.  Authorities say the boy was using the skid loader to clear snow on an ice-covered pond when the loader broke through the ice.  A family member became concerned and found the victim after going to look for him.  The boy was pronounced dead at a hospital in Marshfield.
