TOWN OF OWEN, Wis. (AP) — A 13-year-old boy has drowned after a skid loader went through the ice of a pond in Clark County. The sheriff's office got a 911 call about the drowning near the Town of Owen just before noon Monday. Authorities say the boy was using the skid loader to clear snow on an ice-covered pond when the loader broke through the ice. A family member became concerned and found the victim after going to look for him. The boy was pronounced dead at a hospital in Marshfield. His name was not immediately released.
