12-11-13 fdl police search for robbery suspect

On December 10, 2013 at 6:18 P.M. Fond du Lac Police Department officers  responded to a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred at La Esperanza grocery store at 306 N. Main St.  Officers were advised the suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money.  After the suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled out the north door and then Westbound on foot. The suspect is described as a male whom spoke Spanish, and was wearing a black ski mask, black winter coat, and dark colored pants.  No one was injured during the incident.  Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact the Fond du Lac Police Department at 920-906-5555 or the Crime Alert number at 920-322-3740.
