ANTIGO, Wis. (AP) — The Sartori cheese company plans to spend $14 million to expand and renovate its plants in Antigo and Plymouth. The fourth generation family-owned company says the project includes updating equipment at its Antigo plant. The expansion and renovation is expected to add a total of 53 jobs. Work will start in 2014, Sartori's 75th anniversary year. The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation has approved nearly $400,000 in tax credits.
