7-10-13 fdl county emergency management offering weather radios for sale

Fond du Lac County Emergency Management wants to make sure you are safe in the event of severe weather.  To that end Emergency Management has NOAA Weather Radios  available at a wholesale cost of $24.90.  Emergency Management Director, Jim McNabb, says the radios broadcast emergency information direct from the National Weather Service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  McNabb says the emergency radios can alert you in the event of severe weather and then you can tune to WFDL, AM 1170 and WTCX for updated, detailed severe weather information.  The radios are available for sale at the Fond du LAC County Clerk’s Office in the lobby of the city county government building.
