7-22-13 sentencing delayed for convicted armed robber
Sentencing for a Janesville man convicted of participating
in an armed robbery in Fond du
Lac has been delayed until he gets a new attorney. Twenty seven year old Ian Koch was scheduled to be sentenced
this week, but said he was unhappy with his defense attorney and wanted
new representation. Koch was convicted by a Fond du Lac jury in April of party
