7-25-13 brandon man charged with owi homicide

A Brandon man has been charged in connection with a fatal owi crash in Barron County.  Sixty two year old Gary Clark is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and homicide by negligent use of  a vehicle.  According to a criminal complaint Clark ran a stop sign in the town of Clinton July 22^nd colliding with a vehicle killing a passenger.  Clark told officers he blacked out prior to the crash and doesn’t remember what happened.  His blood alcohol level measured .098 percent.  Clark said he had two beers before the crash.
