7-27-13 state capitol protesters arrested

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Seventeen protesters have been arrested on the third day of a crackdown for gathering in the Wisconsin state Capitol without a permit. Governor Scott Walker's administration said today that 17 citations were issued during the event and 14 more will be sent to people for participating based on video evidence recorded since Wednesday.
