MILWAUKEE (AP) — The Milwaukee man accused of gunning down his 13-year-old neighbor last year has told police he did it because he wanted his stolen shotguns back. John Henry Spooner's comments came in a police-interrogation video. It was aired by prosecutors during his homicide trial today. The 76-year-old is accused of fatally shooting Darius Simmons in the chest from several feet away.
