The Fond du Lac school board has accepted the resignations
of two principals effective at the end of the school year. Superintendent Dr. Jim Sebert says high school principal Jon Wiltzius is resigning to pursue a
dream of running a campground. Wiltzius’ announcement came just a couple of days following
a student
protest over the district’s new censorship policy involving
the school newspaper. But Sebert says there is no connection between the
controversy and Wiltzius’ decision to step down. Lakeshore elementary school principal Lori Loehr is
resigning to accept a position with CESA 6.
